Worst service ever I placed an Official Liverpool Fc Mashup Adidas Logo shirt order for some socks on september 26 it is now october 9 and my package still has not shipped it’s socks ya’ll socks get it together. Very unhappy with the quality of nars cream blush sticks I bought this a few months ago at lord and taylor and never used it I finally go to open the package and I see that the whole blush stick got separated from the stick and fell into the cap i’m a huge fan of nars and enjoy everything but this is simply bad quality in packaging and i’m not happy I use smashbox cream blush as well and their blush had held up nicely with a rounder tip it has never separated from the stick lord and taylor refuses to replace my blush even though I have the receipt they are telling me to pay the difference because I had purchased this on a 10 off sale I need this issue resolved and my blush replaced. I would like to put in a Official Liverpool Fc Mashup Adidas Logo shirt formal complaint on the store manager of the lincoln road store in miami beach I stood in line for about 20mins only to be told that my 20 rewards coupon was not going to be honored I asked why and associate said because I was getting the 5 28 panties and that was not allowed with the rewards coupon I explained that me and my sister had both went to another vs 3days prior and bought the same items and my rewards was honored I then asked to speak to a manager the manager said the same thing and I again explained that I purchased the same items at another store 3 days ago and it was honored so why wont this store honor it he then said that store was wrong and he wouldnt honor it I asked if it wasnt allowed then why did the computer except the rewards code and he said he didnt know and walked away I was extremely upset and the next day I made the same purchase via online I am mad that I have to spend extra on shipping when I spent 1 hr in the store and waiting 20mins in line only to be told incorrect information horrible customer service I have been a client of vs for 21yrs and I have never had this type of issues happen I will like to hope that vs wants to keep me as a client and rectify this situation. I tried placing an order this morning and your payment system wasn’t working I called in and they advised to try later and it would be working by the end of the day I asked them if the pricing would change and they said no so it’s now 8 40pm at night and i’m trying to order again because your system won’t keep what you originally put in the cart you have to re add it all every time I have put the exact same in my cart as this morning all 16 same items screen shots available if needed however my order this morning when I couldn’t pay was a lot less than what your charging now the total now is just shy of 40 more this is crooked what’s the reasoning behind this.
