I find it oddly convenient that when I need to cancel my order the website won’t load my subscriptions or orders for me to edit them the live chat option isn’t working and i’ve been on hold all morning. I have emailed twice I was shorted two eyeliners that I paid for no email offering substitutes the only reason I placed an order was for eyeliner I just added extra items for free shipping gift I do not see that I was refunded so hoping there is another eyeliner that can be sent I am posting here because customer service is not responding and it has been a few weeks
